Episode Summary

Part One:

16 year old Michael stepped off the tram carrying the money he had just withdrawn at the bank, and made his way down the steep brae of School Wynd towards the linen manufacturers located at the seafront where he worked. However, unbeknownst to Michael he wouldn’t be completing this journey.

Episode Summary

Part Two:

In part one we told of the brutal murder of 16 year old Michael Brown and the ensuing hunt for his killer, 23 year old Alexander Edmonstone, ending with Edinburgh police rushing to meet the train from Perth that Alexander was suspected of being on, only to find that no one matching his description alighted from the train. In part two we’ll continue the hunt for Alexander, and find out if he ever was brought to justice for murdering Michael Brown.
